he's terribly beautiful. off-air, i don't care how he is but on-air, he's quite right. smile, focused, proactively volunteers to answer questions; if he didn't talk, no one would--he knows that. even if it means being a little arrogant or a little too quick to respond; it's a
lot better than dead air. a camera-filmed effortless and beautiful expression but behind the scenes lies complete devotion and aspiration to become even better. i really appreciate his every single accomplishment.
it's okay to be exaggerated or cuter than really are or a
little meaner to others or more withdrawn/cooler in private times because it's difficult enough that ... everytime you work, it's a little harder and a little longer than you really had, have, and will have to.
